Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ziel Studio. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be intact with the original tag and it should be unworn.

We do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges of products are possible if the size or material issue is found.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Package the item securely in its original packaging.

Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation in the package.

Ship the package to the following address:

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
